Nutrition Plans in Salamander Bay
Eating That Supports Training & Your Lifestyle
Training hard while eating in a way that works against it is one of the most common reasons progress stalls. At Personal Touch Fitness, our nutrition plans are built around general healthy eating guidance and the practical side of a busy week, covering portion sizes, meal structure and how to handle the days that don't go to plan. We're fitness coaches rather than dietitians, so anything involving a medical condition or a specific clinical requirement is best handled by your GP or an accredited practising dietitian. Plans work best alongside personal training, where progress gets reviewed together. Call 0438 696 925 to book a consultation at our Salamander Bay gym.

What A Plan Covers
Every plan is different, but the same few areas tend to make the difference.
- 01
Habits you can keep. A plan you'll follow on a bad week beats a stricter one you abandon by Wednesday.
- 02
Practical portions and structure. We look at what a normal day of eating already looks like and adjust from there, rather than starting from a blank page.
- 03
Support around your training. Eating patterns get set up to fit the days you train and the days you don't, so sessions feel better fuelled.
- 04
Regular review. Goals change and so does the plan, so we revisit it rather than leaving you with one document and no follow-up.
Customised Nutrition Plans
Want a plan built around you rather than a template? Our personally tailored nutrition plans are worked out from your BMR, age, activity level, height, current weight and goal weight. Whether you're a busy mum or dad wanting more energy, getting photoshoot ready or preparing to step on stage, the plan is set to match. This is an added extra service, so see Joy for more information.
FAQs
A diet usually means a fixed set of rules with a start and an end date. A nutrition plan is closer to a set of habits and structures designed to stay in place long term.
Broadly yes, since the two goals sit on different sides of energy balance. The underlying principles of protein intake, meal structure and consistency stay much the same.
Anyone managing a medical condition, a food allergy, disordered eating or a specific clinical requirement should work with an accredited practising dietitian or their GP. Fitness coaching covers general healthy eating guidance for people without those needs.
